These Terms & Conditions govern the internal SMS alerting program operated by JPMerc & Co. ("JPMerc & Co.," "we," "us," or "our"), an IT leadership and managed-services firm based in Southborough, Massachusetts.
JPMerc & Co. sends automated internal system notifications, urgent operational and infrastructure alerts, and administrative messages via SMS to authorized members of our organization who have completed the written consent process described below.
Before a mobile number is enrolled, the recipient receives the written notice published on our SMS Consent Procedure and provides a written acknowledgement from their organization email address. This is a private program; consent is recorded and verified internally before alerts are activated, and is not shared or transferred to any third party.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to our number. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message and then send no further messages unless you re-enroll. For help, text HELP to our number or contact joe@jpmerc.com.
Mobile opt-in information and consent are used solely to operate this internal program and are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. See our SMS Privacy Policy for full details.
JPMerc & Co. may update these Terms from time to time; the effective date above reflects the most recent revision.
