SMS Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the internal SMS alerting program operated by JPMerc & Co. ("JPMerc & Co.," "we," "us," or "our"), an IT leadership and managed-services firm based in Southborough, Massachusetts.

Program Description

JPMerc & Co. sends automated internal system notifications, urgent operational and infrastructure alerts, and administrative messages via SMS to authorized members of our organization who have configured their own mobile number to receive them.

User Consent and Opt-In

By providing your mobile number and configuring it within JPMerc & Co.'s internal systems, you agree to receive automated SMS messages from JPMerc & Co. This is a private program; consent is collected and verified internally and is not shared or transferred to any third party.

Message Frequency and Fees

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on system alerts and operational activity. JPMerc & Co. does not charge a fee for the messages, but your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.

Cancellation (STOP) and Support (HELP)

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to our number. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message and then send no further messages unless you re-enroll. For help, text HELP to our number or contact joe@jpmerc.com.

No Sharing of Mobile Data

Mobile opt-in information and consent are used solely to operate this internal program and are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. See our SMS Privacy Policy for full details.

Changes to These Terms

JPMerc & Co. may update these Terms from time to time; the effective date above reflects the most recent revision.
