This public procedure explains how authorized JPMerc & Co. personnel give written consent before their mobile number is enrolled in the JPMerc & Co. internal operational-alert SMS program.
Who May Enroll
The program is limited to authorized JPMerc & Co. personnel who need to receive internal system, infrastructure, administrative, or urgent operational alerts. It is not a public marketing, sales, or customer-notification program.
Written Consent Process
Before any messages are sent, JPMerc & Co. gives the prospective recipient the notice below in writing.
The recipient sends a written acknowledgement from their organization email address to penny@jpmerc.com stating that they agree to receive the described messages at the mobile number they provide.
JPMerc & Co. retains the acknowledgement with the recipient's name, mobile number, and date before enabling alerts. No number is enrolled based only on a pre-existing business relationship or an administrator's decision.
Consent Notice Provided to Each Recipient
JPMerc & Co. SMS Operational Alerts: By replying in writing that you agree and providing the mobile number to enroll, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from JPMerc & Co. at that number about internal system notifications, service failures, urgent operational events, and administrative alerts. Message frequency varies with operational activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for help. After Enrollment
JPMerc & Co. sends the recipient an enrollment confirmation from its SMS number, +1 (970) 457-6372. A recipient may opt out at any time by replying STOP; for assistance, reply HELP.
